Brock is the owner and founder of Olive Tree Exteriors. He sets the standard for quality, systems, and craftsmanship on every project. Outside of work, he spends time with his family.

Nathan was the first employee at Olive Tree Exteriors. He started as an installation technician, worked his way up to lead installer, and now leads our sales and estimating division. That hands-on experience means Nathan doesn't just sell projects - he understands exactly how they are built, what works, and what lasts. When he's not helping homeowners plan their exterior upgrades, he's enjoying time with his wonderfully large family.

Derek is our lead siding technician with 20 years of experience and is a licensed carpenter. He has a sharp eye for detail and specializes in complex exterior projects where precision matters. No challenge is too big or too technical for Derek. As the only grandpa on our team, Derek brings patience, craftsmanship, and pride to every project he touches.

Bailey started with us as an eavestrough technician and has developed into our lead eavestrough tech. Known for his precision and problem-solving, Bailey understands exactly where water needs to go—and how to get it there. His nickname is "Eagle Eye." When he's not working, he's probably out fishing.

Andy has been with Olive Tree Exteriors for four years, starting with us straight out of high school. Over that time, he's developed into an incredibly skilled and reliable installer. Outside of work, Andy runs his own wood shop, building custom furniture. P.S. If you see him working on a sunny day—offer sunscreen. He burns easily.

Lucas is one of our newest siding technicians, training closely under Derek and Andy. He's already proven himself to be a fast learner and a talented installer with a strong work ethic. When he's not on the job, you'll likely find him skiing down the slopes at a local ski resort.

Ben is our newest eavestrough installer and has already shown strong skill and attention to detail. He's a welding graduate from Fanshawe, which brings an extra level of precision to his work. If Ben isn't working on your home, he's likely welding—or fishing alongside Bailey.

Megan is our company administrator and the main point of contact for Olive Tree Exteriors. Call us, email us, text us, send a letter—or even a carrier pigeon—and Megan will make sure you're taken care of. When she's not helping customers succeed, she's spending time with her family, walking her dogs, or playing the piano.
